Sarah is part of the New Faculty Exhibit opening at the Illingworth Kerr Gallery at the Alberta College of Art and Design on April 9th, 2009 and running until April 25th. Work displayed is from her Dream Lab series.

Sarah is awarded an Alberta Creative Iniative Grant from the Canada Council and will be spending the next six months working on a project about dreaming. 2008 Alberta Contemporary Photography Exhibit
Opening January 10th at the Triangle Public Gallery, Calgary and running until January 26th.
This group show of talented Alberta-based photographers will feature eight of Sarah's photographs from the You Will Want to Come Back series alongside works by artists Mitch Kern, Tara Nicholson, Stacey Watson, Michael Coolidge and Linh Ly. Sarah is awarded an Alberta Foundation for the Arts Project grant for a collaborative project, tentatively titled Booth, with fellow artist Lindsay MacDonald. The project is the first collaboration between the two artists and will see production of an interactive diner booth sculpture, reminiscent of many of the restaurants and local eateries found in south western Alberta. The work will involve video,sound, photography, and sculpture and is a departure in the work of both artists. Production of the work will begin at the end of Januray, with a projected completion date of December 2008.

Photograph Antlers is acquired by the Canada Council Art Bank in Ottawa, Ont. This work is also featured in the show 2008 Alberta Contemporary Photography.
November 2007
Sarah is accepted into the artist's apartment program hosted by the Icelandic Association of Visual Artists (SIM). She will be staying in Reykjavik throughout the month of April 2008.
